A two-part workshop lead by Maureen Nolan. Serving as an introduction to coverage writing: learning the purpose of coverage, the difference between coverage and reviews, and the ethics of coverage, participants were trained to identify different types of coverage including script coverage, book coverage, marketing coverage, writer coverage and story notes. Not a script wiriting class, but a very important workshop for all of those involved in the dramatic arts industry. Every production starts with a script and every script needs to be read and evaluated before getting approved.
