Marie Anne Chiment's set designs for the Santa Fe Opera production of The Magic Flute and her costume designs for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's production of The Historical Tragedy of Dr. Faustus will be featured in the exhibit "Curtain Call: Celebrating A Century of Women Designing for Live Performance" at the New York Public Library for Performing Arts at Lincoln Center's Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery through May 3, 2009. "I've made hoopskirts out of coat hangers, costumes out of candy," she said. "I've always loved creating things. I loved playing with boxes and turning them in to forts made of cardboard. I've experimented with everything and made some mistakes along the way."
Weekend Waterfront Manager at South Street Seaport Museum where he is coordinating volunteers for the restoration of the 325' full rigged ship Wavertree. He is also a Relief Captain for the Schooner Pioneer, a 19th century sailing vessel and the Tug W.O. Decker, doing evening and weekend charters and public sails in NY Harbor.
Currently working as a Show Director/Choreographer for Stiletto Entertainment in LA, providing production shows for Holland America Line.

Winner of the 2007 HOLA for Best Costume Design for Zanahorias (Off-Broadway). She also recently designed costumes for Lightbox Theater’s Milk-n-Honey at 3LD, and scenery and costumes for Rob Handel’s adaptation of The Knights as part of Target Margin’s Aristphanika Festival.

Set designer for Ford's Theatre’s A Christmas Carol in Washington, D.C. and Lend Me a Tenor at the J.W. Engeman Theatre, directed by B.T. McNicholl. He recently served as Associate Designer on Ich war noch niemals in New York, das Musical, in Hamburg, Germany. He also designed the world premiere of Meet John Doe at Goodspeed Opera. He has assisted on Broadway productions of "Grease!", "Lestat", "Little Women", "High Fidelity", "The Coast of Utopia", "Cry Baby", "Mauritius", and "South Pacific."
